  1. 1. Heat 1tbsp of oil in kadai add urad dal,channa dal, saute until dal change to light brown..
  2. Add red chilli, green chilli, hing. Saute for 20 seconds. Add chopped onion, tomato and ginger. Saute until tomato turns mushy. Add salt..
  3. Now add curry leaves, mint and coriander. Finally add grated coconut saute for minute and let it cool..
